More Halloween Fun!

What??? I have the cutest kid ever? Oh, thanks! I think so too! Christian and I ran errands on Halloween, so I put his skeleton (aka Ske-ke-ton) shirt on. It really paid off, we got candy every place that we went. I got twice as many pictures of this shirt than I did his Bob costume... I guess I was in a picture-taking mood that day. Clark wasn't though. Why do dogs act so tortured when a two year old holds them?? Oh wait.. it is because they are being tortured- sorry Clarkie!

So, you will never believe this by Christian discovered a big pile of leaves at the park. It wasn't a pile for long. I am pretty sure they were dog-pee incrusted, but oh well. He ran around in them, jumped, and made it "rain" on mommy for a long time. I can't remember it being this warm and nice on Halloween... I LOVE IT!

(Since I have some space.... here is a note for the grandparents: You can click on the pictures to make them big, and then copy them to your computer. I know this is a difficult concept to understand (I am being sarcastic) but you can call me when you have problems).

Halloween!

I love Halloween because it is the one day a year that I can dress up however I want and everybody thinks it is great. I am pretty sure in my next life I am going to be a Disney princess, but for now, I will have to settle for dressing up my kids. And yes, I already have the costumes planned for next year.
We carved pumpkins at Grandma and Grandpas house the Sunday before. Um yes, we are the type of responsible parents that let our 2 year old use sharp objects. (If you think that is bad, you should have seen the sparklers on the 4th of July). Great Grandma was there form California, and I realized I have never taken a picture of her and Christian. So I convinced her to stand in the picture, pretty cute huh??
The Day before Halloween Aunt Holly had a birthday party and Christian loved using his Bob the Builder toolbelt (aka seat buckle) to saw through the rolls and "fix" everybodys shoes. I can't believe he wasn't that excited about his rabbit costume last year. Here is the deal though... I only got 1 good picture of him in the Bob costume. So if anyone has some from the party... let me know. Isn't my pumpkin awesome?? Who knew marjorie was such a good artist! After seeing Jasons pumpkin, I knew that I did not want him painting my stomach! Thanks Marge!
On Halloween we also went to Jennys party and trick or treating. Christian was so cute saying trick or treat and hoarding hte candy. What a fun age... sometimes!

San Diego Cont...

Then we went to Legoland (aka yego yand). Christian rode the coaster there about 8 times. I wish I would have broken down and spent the 13 bucks on the picture. Aaaahhh, regrets. It is insane wat people can build out of legos, and I thought my little square houses were cool! Does anyone know if they make Lego glue that won't poison my children?
As if we didn't walk around enough, we went to the San Diego Zoo the next day. That place is massive, we decided to skip half of the animals and took the sky tram outta there. Christians favorite animal was the goat. That's right, we take him all the way to California to a famous zoo and he likes the freaking goat! I think next time we will skip the zoo and spend another day in Disneyland.

San Diego

So where do I start. I have over 4000 pictures on my computer, plus all of the ones that were on my old computer.... hmmm. well, I will start with our trip to San Diego since I haven't started scrapbooking it. Maybe when #2 is born I can do some comparitive pictures or something.
Christian was so excited to ride on a plane, but that got old in about 10 minutes, so it seemed like a long trip. We went stayed at an awesome hotel right on Pacific Beach- free continental breakfast anyone??
The First day we went to Sea World. Christian fed the dolphins and the sea lions. He pretty much cried through all of the shows- 25 minutes of whales splashing around is a lot for a 2 year old to go through.
The second day, we went to Disneyland. Do I even need to day that this was the highlight of our trip?? Christian discovered roller coasters, he loves them! It really is the happiest place on earth. It was so cut all decorated for Halloween.

Big Fat Sell Out!

Okay, so I am starting a blog. It is Marjorie's fault! Ike's blog is so fun to read, and since nobody actually looks at my scrapbooks, I am starting my own. So there.
So my first picture will be my blog inspiration: Ike.
The second one is Christian being jealous of "Baby Aak" and wanting me to take the same picture.
Man, 2 years sure does make a big difference!
